The stipe is the stem; the pileus is the cap; and the lamellae are the gills that are often found on the underside of the cap.
And BTW ... I do know that mushrooms (and other fungi) are no longer classified as plants. But traditionally they were, and I don't have enough material on them to justify a separate page.
